THE STORY

this precious artwork spilled out very unexpectedly on what was one of my lowest days in a 2-year journey with burnout and fatigue. my symptoms were particularly bad that day and my spirit felt drained.

in a moment of desperation to feel joy and life, i picked up my brush and started to play. the slow, tender, and gentle beauty that unfolded truly brought waves of hope and freshness to my tired body and soul–– the significance was not lost on me.

‘just enough lilac’ symbolizes this tender but resilient Hope –– the kind that lifts your head and heart, and reminds you that gentleness is oftentimes the best way forward. she carries the kind of Hope that beckons us into Joy.

STRETCHED – printed onto premium canvas and stretched around a wooden frame so that it is ready to hang, with or without a frame

UNSTRETCHED – printed onto premium canvas, left flat without stretching. can be framed behind glass or stretched at your local framer. this option is the most cost effective for shipping as it is easy to roll up
