Please be mindful that Studio Dayna-Gay is a one-woman show and making sure your orders are packaged with care, love, and a personal touch is very important to me!
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping automatically applies to orders over R1200. This excludes all international orders and local orders for stretched/framed canvas prints.
LOCAL SHIPPING
Flat Rate of R95.00 to South Africa.
Please allow 7 – 10 working days for your parcel to arrive. You will receive a tracking number via email.
Your physical address is required as the courier does not ship to a P.O. Box.
FOR SHIPPING OF STRETCHED + FRAMED PRINTS: please contact me for a custom quote.
Turnaround time for stretched + framed prints is 2 – 5 weeks.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please email me at hello@studiodaynagay.com with details of your location for a custom shipping quote.
A quote will be made up for you within 3 business days. Once payment is received and cleared, your parcel will be shipped. Please allow approximately 10 – 21 working days. Your artwork will be delivered to your door or nearest post office.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT FEES: Studio Dayna-Gay cannot be held responsible for any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs charges, import duties, handling fees must be paid by the customer. Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. Customs policies and import charges differ from country to country, so unfortunately an estimate cannot be given.
COLLECTIONS:
You are welcome to collect your order if you are in the Cape Town area.
Once it is ready, you will be notified via email and you may collect from my studio at 87 Auckland Street, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, 7405.
As all prints are made to order, kindly allow 5 - 7 working days for your artwork to be finalised. On the rare occasion that there is existing stock of your item in the studio, you will be notified within 2 - 3 working days.
**Tuesday - Friday between 10:00 and 16:00 by appointment only.
Weekend collection from Tamboerskloof, Cape Town can be arranged.
