REFUNDS

Please kindly note: all prints are made to order, therefore no refunds can be issued should you change your mind after ordering. Please make sure you are certain of your decision before purchasing.

 

EXCHANGES

DAMAGED PARCELS 

If your fine art print arrives damaged, you may request a replacement. Please send an email to hello@studiodaynagay.com within 48 hours of receiving your package with photographic evidence of the damage. If approved, Studio Dayna-Gay will replace the damaged item and will cover the replacement's shipping fees.

**This excludes all stretched prints, framed prints, and original artworks, whereby an insurance claim will be issued.

 

Damaged canvas prints will need to be returned to the studio in Cape Town. Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

 

Our courier companies are very careful and all parcels are marked fragile. However, please be mindful that Studio Dayna-Gay cannot be held responsible for damage in transit/by courier companies. In the case of a damaged parcel, I will do my best to sort the problem out in a way that is best for both parties.
